OUR
PURPOSE
In recent decades, the regional landscape has been constantly reshaped by radical and self-serving forces. In this unstable reality, a journey along old regional paths offers a moment of hope and provides a window into an alternative regional perspective.
Lost Tracks is a road journey in search of the lost sounds of the Middle East and the Maghreb—sounds that were forgotten, silenced, or pushed to the margins by political, cultural, and technological forces.
The project seeks to make these materials accessible today by breathing new life into them. Each record is reissued through the label’s unique curatorial lens, aiming to bring these sounds into the present while honoring their original spirit. Every record that returns to public awareness is a victory of knowledge over ignorance and fanaticism.

OUR
MUSIC
The music collected throughout this journey represents a rare cultural treasure—much of it was nearly impossible to find in digital formats, buried in private collections, forgotten archives, or deteriorating vinyl.
Tracking it down required persistent research, travel, and collaboration with collectors, historians, and communities across the region. These recordings, many of which have never been reissued or digitized, hold immense cultural value: they reflect the rich, diverse, and often marginalized sonic histories of the Middle East and the Maghreb. Preserving and sharing them is not only an act of musical recovery but also a form of cultural resistance—restoring voices that were nearly lost to time.
